SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS:
Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage
On Sale! $30/30min*$60/60min * $90/90min
Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage originates from Japan. In Japanese, “Ashi-” means foot, and “-atsu” means pressure. Therefore, Ashiatsu is a massage modality where the therapist delivers pressure using her bare feet. By using the soft padded soles of the feet, broad, deep, and even pressure is achieved, which helps increase blood and lymph flow, elongate the spine, and deepen relaxation by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. The result is pure barefoot bliss.
Ashiatsu has been dubbed the most luxurious deep tissue massage on the planet. Once you try it, you may never go back to any other type of massage. This massage is excellent for athletes or anyone who enjoys a deeper massage. If that sounds like you, then come try an Ashiatsu massage today!

Thai Massage
$50/60min * $75/90min
Thai massage is performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor. The therapist performs yoga-type stretches and acupressure through the clothing. Thai massage is sometimes called "lazy man's yoga," because it is like getting the benefits of yoga without all the effort. Unlike a table massage, Thai massage can open the hips and shoulders, reverse postural holding patterns, and restore alignment and energy levels. This is great choice for people with chronic pain and chronic fatigue. Every Thai massage ends with complimentary meditation time with aromatherapy and tea.

Bali Body Scrub
$60/60min*$90/90min

It can reduce body acne and discoloration. Exfoliation opens the pores, which can help you feel cooler in the summer, during hot yoga, or hot flashes. The body scrub also soothes your nerves. It's also great for stress relief and as an escape from the everyday. It will leave you feeling relaxed, smelling good, and with well-conditioned skin.

Thai foot massage is a natural choice for people with plantar fasciitis, or people who spend a lot of time on their feet. Those unaccustomed to massage therapy may still enjoy an extremely pampering Thai foot massage. Thai foot massage can be a stand-alone treatment or added to any table massage.

What could be better after a busy day at work, and before the long trek home than a paraffin hand dip followed by a soothing and relaxing massage? First, you submerge your hands into melted paraffin wax until they are well-coated. Then, your hands are placed in plastic bags and warm towels or mitts while you relax. The melted paraffin warms your hands, relaxes the muscles, and eases joint pain. When the paraffin has solidified, it is pulled off, revealing hydrated and conditioned skin. It’s like having brand new hands!

The Balinese Ritual is an hour-long exfoliating body scrub, followed by another hour of hot stone massage, in a room filled with rose petals and candlelight. It concludes with a cup of beauty-enhancing tea.
This stress-busting beauty treatment has its roots in the royal palaces of central Java. Originating in the 17th century, it was used by the princesses of Javanese royalty, to cleanse, soften and purify their skin. It became a staple one for brides-to-be, as it marked a royal way to get the bride ready and glowing for her wedding day.
Here at Kind Massage and Yoga, we have created our own version of the ritual, taking inspiration from the original ingredients used.

Pregnancy Massage
Every pregnancy massage is tailored to the individual's needs and stage of pregnancy. Any service on the menu can be adapted for pregnancy for no extra charge.
The pregnancy table massage is designed to relax and pamper the expectant mother. It starts with a side-lying massage while supported by pillows. Then, you move to a supported reclining position, and your arms, legs, hands and feet are massaged. The gentle hand and foot massage can help reduce swelling in the extremities associated with pregnancy.
A pregnancy Thai massage uses a similar side-lying format, but takes place on a mat on the floor. You receive a combination of gentle stretching and acupressure through your clothing. Thai massage is an excellent choice for relieving low back pain and sciatica associated with pregnancy.
Pregnancy chair massages are also available! A special pregnancy bolster allows you to relax face down while your back, neck and shoulders are massaged through your clothing. It's great for quick and convenient stress relief.

Out-call massage is a popular choice for out-of-towners such as business people, flight attendants, performing artists, athletes and others staying in a hotel suite with room to set up a massage table. Newlyweds may also enjoy the romance of a couple's massage in their hotel suite.
Working moms also appreciate a massage at home, where they can keep an eye on their kids, or schedule a time after they have gone to bed. It can be a way to surprise a hard-working husband, or to treat yourselves on your anniversary.
